Thank you to all the players that turned up to Morley last Saturday. It was a great day and a tense final. Liam Waterworth was beaten 6-5 by Jason Murgatroyd. Rob Johnson was beaten by Matty Ramsdon in the Plate event, and Andy Patchett won the 14-1 competiton by knocking in 43 balls on the trot!!The cut off point for registering new players is 8.15pm tomorrow (1st July)

*SINGLES KNOCKOUT AT MORLEY INTERNATIONAL SNOOKER CENTRE 26TH JUNE 2010!!*The draw will take place at 12 noon. No registration after 11.45am. £7 on the day or £5 if I receive an application form before the event. Guaranteed £100 for the winner. 14-1 competition and a flyer also. Raffles etc. etc. It is an amateur only competition, best of 7 frames, played to official World Rules and no age restrictions.

*Please use the new 'Singles/3 Man' tab at the top of the page to view the latest Singles and 3 Man Team draws.*The draw has taken place for the singles and 3 man team 1st rounds and will show up on the website over the next day or two. I am aware that there is a Bulls v Rhinos rugby match on the singles night. Let me know asap if you are having trouble organising your singles match as we have a couple of spare neutral venues.

*Important!*Due to unforseen circumstances, the Raynville has folded. All their fixtures have been removed and replaced with a 'BYE'. League tables have been updated accordingly.
The fixtures have been altered yet again due to someone taking a honeymoon in October. How unthoughtful ;-)

The Raynville have had to postpone their first game due to refurbishment. Their first match will be away to Delaneys on Thursday 11th Feb.
The cup draw will be made at the Dragon meeting on 21st Feb. See you all there.

*Important!*Another team has now joined our league. Welcome to the Black Lion.
What this means is a new fixture list has had to be drawn up. All the first matches on 4th February 2010 will go ahead as normal. I have written up new fixture lists and I will be handing these out over the next few day. The website will be updated with the new fixtures this weekend.

Thank you to all the teams that are supporting us this season. I am sure you are all as eager as myself to get this show on the road.
The closing date has now passed and the first matches will be played on Thursday 4th February 2010.
I have just been informed that the presentation night for the Leeds Premier League is Thursday 21st January 2010 (This Thursday coming) and not Thursday 28th January. I apologise for the mix up in the dates.
